Where are your products made?
Every formula is made and filled in Australia, in small batches.
How do I know exactly what is in each product?
Every product page lists the full ingredients in order and names any ethanol or animal-derived ingredient, such as marine collagen, beeswax or keratin.
Do your products contain alcohol?
Most contain no ethanol. Three do: the Lavender Night Mist, the Vitamin C Toner and the Matte Spot Gel-Cream, and each product page says so. Cetearyl and cetyl alcohol in creams are waxy emollients, not drinking alcohol.
Are they vegan?
Most are. A product shows 'Vegan' only when nothing in the formula is animal-derived. A small number use marine collagen, salmon DNA, beeswax or keratin, and those pages say so.
Can I wear your products under makeup?
Yes. Allow a minute or two for serums and creams to settle first. Many of our customers find they reach for less makeup over time, and that choice is entirely yours.
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Begin with one product and patch test on the inner arm for 48 hours. Introduce the next product after two weeks. The Peptide Eye Cream is unscented.
Can I use them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The Peptide Night Cream and Peptide Eye Cream contain vitamin A, so please ask your doctor first. For any other product, share the full ingredient list with your doctor.
How long does a product last?
Used as directed, a 30 mL serum usually lasts six to eight weeks. Use within 12 months of opening.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not offer buy now, pay later.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship within Australia. International shipping will follow.
